Privacy Policy
Digital Blue Foam Pte Ltd (“DBF”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides a service enabling the user to generate and explore smart ways to exploit a building site or similar (the “Service”).
The Service is only available to authorised users, as further described in the Terms of Use. An authorised user will be referred to in the following as “user” or “you”.
In order to provide the Service, DBF will process certain personal data about the users. This Privacy Policy provides information about DBF’s processing of your personal data.
The information we collect
In order to provide the Service, DBF will process certain information about the users of the Service, such as:
Information about the users: such as name, email, phone number and other relevant contact information.
Information about user’s use of the Service: such as information provided to DBF in relation to support enquiries, and enquiries relating to this privacy policy or the Terms of Use.
Information about your computer: such as IP address and other information about your computer processed for system administration purposes (e.g. to calculate how many users that have accessed and used the Service).
Cookies: DBF uses cookies and other information-gathering methods to enhance the user experience and optimise the Service. Examples of information collected through the use of cookies are browser information and activities while using the Service, such as what third party sites that connect the user to the Service, the search words used while at the Service, the specific sites visited at the website and how long the visit to the Service lasted.

Purpose and legal basis for the processing
DBF will only process personal data for the purposes stipulated in this privacy policy. The processing of personal data is based on the following legal basis and purposes:
A. DBF processes personal data in order to fulfil the agreement for use of the Service:
to enable the use of the Service, e.g. to give the user access to the Service;
to respond to questions or inquiries relating to the Service, the Terms of Use or this privacy policy; and
to notify users of changes to the Service, to the Terms of Use or to this privacy policy
B. DBF processes personal data in order to pursue DBF’s legitimate interests (provided always that the interests of the data subjects do not override such interests):
to improve the Service, the content of the Service and the user experience; and
to prevent loss or damages to DBF or any third parties or to prevent any actions that may compromise DBF or a third party’s property or the personal data of the other users of the Service.
C. DBF processes personal data if processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which DBF is subject, e.g.: continued storage due to statutory rules of storage for accounting purposes.
Your rights
Users have the right to cancel the registration with the Service at any time. Upon such cancellation, all personal data will be deleted, unless statutory obligations or legitimate interests require or allow continued storage. Anonymized information, i.e. information that cannot be linked to you as a natural person, may be subject to continued storage.
In order to exercise the right to (i) obtain information about which of your personal data we process, (ii) change, update or correct the personal data, (iii) request that personal data is deleted, (iv) request information about your right to restrict processing or object to processing under certain circumstances or (v) request information about your right to data portability, i.e. your right to obtain, reuse and transfer personal data provided to DBF to another IT environment, you can contact DBF directly via email.
Retention period
DBF will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for processing as defined above, and will, as a main rule, delete personal data upon cancellation of the registration at the Service or at your request. Please note that legal obligations, e.g. statutory rules related to storage for accounting purposes, may make it necessary to store personal data after the registration with the Service is cancelled. Continued storage may also occur where such storage is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by DBF, including, but not limited to, the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Disclosure to third parties
DBF may disclose personal data to third-party vendors and hosting partners who perform services for DBF in order to be able to deliver the Service. These third-party vendors will only use the personal data for the purposes they were collected, and in order to perform their services towards DBF. The relationship to such third-party vendors will be governed by a data processing agreement.
Except as described in this privacy policy, we will not transfer, sell, rent or exchange our users’ personal data with any third-party without obtaining your consent, unless such obligation is imposed by law or binding court order, or when necessary in a business transaction.
Protection of personal data
DBF takes the privacy rights of our users seriously and has taken reasonable steps to protect your privacy, including physical, technical and organisational measures, to prevent loss, alterations, theft and unauthorised access to information stored and otherwise processed in relation to the Service.
Links to third party websites
The Service or websites where the Service is available may include links to other third-party sites. These third-party sites have their own privacy policies that determine how the third-parties process personal data. If you submit personal information to any of these third-party sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. DBF is not responsible or liable for such third-party sites, how they are operated and how they process your personal data. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with such third party sites’ privacy policies and terms of use when visiting and using such sites.
Right to lodge complaint with a supervisory authority
If you believe that DBF’s processing of personal data infringes relevant data protection regulations, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, or other relevant supervisory authority.
Modifications to the privacy policy
DBF reserves the right to modify this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent revision shall supersede any earlier versions. The current version of the privacy policy will be available at https://digitalbluefoam.com/privacy or in the Service at all times. We advise that you check the privacy policy from time to time, keep up to date with the current policy. We will notify you of any changes to the privacy policy that requires your consent.
