Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password and would like to reset it:

Click on the forgot password? link located under the password input field.

You will be asked to provide the e-mail account you used when you registered.

• If the e-mail you provided is registered in our database you will be sent a recovery e-mail to this account.
• If a message shows that your e-mail is not recognized, this means that you are not using the same e-mail you used to register.

• Go to your e-mail inbox.
• Make sure to check in all your e-mails including spam and promotions folder. You should be able to find our Reset Password email.
• Click on the link in the e-mail to Reset Password.

You will be redirected to the page below where you can set a new password.
